- • Mission Cloud Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategic Growth Executive to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is designed to spearhead significant revenue expansion by identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities through strategic sales initiatives and impactful partnerships. As a key member of our Strategic Growth program, you will operate as a sales overlay, working in close collaboration with our dedicated sales, marketing, and delivery departments. Your primary focus will be on uncovering and capitalizing on untapped potential within our most critical strategic partnerships and high-value accounts, with a particular emphasis on penetrating and growing within the Private Equity (PE) sector.
- • In this capacity, you will be instrumental in the execution of Mission Cloud s overarching strategic growth program. This involves a multi-faceted approach to identifying and nurturing new sales channels and forging robust strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of these programs, including the meticulous tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), insightful reporting, and the cultivation of strong executive-level relationships with our partners. Your ability to collaborate seamlessly across various internal departments, including Finance, Marketing, and Sales, will be crucial to your success.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves fielding inbound referrals, conducting introductory sales calls, and performing initial opportunity qualification. You will then expertly hand off qualified leads to the appropriate field sales representatives, providing them with the necessary context and support to drive towards a successful close. Furthermore, you will proactively prospect for new, high-potential strategic partnerships and engage with key contacts within Amazon Web Services (AWS) to expand our ecosystem.
- • As a Sales Overlay, you will serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to our sales teams. You will provide invaluable guidance and support, particularly in navigating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Your role will extend to building and maintaining strong executive relationships with our strategic partners, establishing clear communication channels, defining regular meeting cadences, and implementing standardized reporting methods to ensure alignment and transparency.
- • You will be tasked with developing and maintaining comprehensive reporting frameworks that track both sales activities and customer install base engagement. This includes the diligent maintenance of program KPIs, focusing on metrics such as new logo acquisition and overall bookings performance. A core responsibility will be to build a robust referral pipeline and actively partner with our field Account Executives (AEs) to ensure the successful closure of new business opportunities.
- • Your responsibilities will also encompass prospecting into new strategic partnerships and engaging with AWS contacts to identify synergistic opportunities. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering compelling presentations that showcase Mission Cloud s extensive service offerings, deep technical competencies, and proven track record of success in the AWS ecosystem.
