📋 Description • As a Quality Control Specialist, Sterile at Hims & Hers Health, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, efficacy, and compliance of pharmaceutical products by performing rigorous in-process and post-production quality checks in a sterile compounding environment, directly supporting the company’s mission to deliver accessible, personalized health and wellness solutions. • You will conduct visual inspections, AQL sampling, line clearance, and environmental monitoring; test and assess products in compounding suites; manage retain samples; support investigations into deviations and non-conformances; assist with change control and corrective actions; and ensure adherence to USP <795>, <797>, <800>, and cGMP standards, all while maintaining meticulous documentation and reporting to drive continuous improvement in quality operations. • You will join a dedicated Quality Unit in Mesa, AZ, working closely with the Quality Control Manager, Lead Pharmacist, and cross-functional teams in a regulated, fast-paced environment where your expertise contributes to the integrity of products that reach customers nationwide through Hims & Hers’ trusted health and wellness platform. • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in sterile compounding, regulatory compliance (FDA, USP), and quality systems, gaining hands-on experience with aseptic processing, statistical process control, SOP development, audit support, and hazardous drug handling—positioning you for advancement in pharmaceutical quality assurance or regulatory affairs within a mission-driven, innovative healthcare company. 🎯 Requirements • B.S. in chemistry, microbiology, biology, quality management, engineering, or a related discipline • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance/control, process/quality engineering, or product formulation, preferably in a 503b outsourcing facility or cGMP-regulated environment • Willingness to obtain a Pharmacy Technician license within the first six months of employment (company covers costs and supports trainee hours) 🏖️ Benefits • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) and 401(k) with employer matching contribution
