• • The National Employer Account Executive (Remote) at AbbVie Inc. is a strategic role focused on supporting and implementing business initiatives to improve workforce health and productivity, maximize access to AbbVie therapies, and strengthen AbbVie’s position in the national employer healthcare landscape.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include proactively engaging with national employer stakeholders such as health plan sponsors, employee benefit consultants, and employer coalitions; developing and delivering branded and unbranded messaging on therapy value and access barriers; leading education initiatives on market trends; collaborating with cross-functional teams including Market Access, Government Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Brand Sales; and identifying emerging stakeholders and trends to inform internal strategy.
