📋 Description
- • The National Operations Specialist (Student Housing) provides on-site leadership and strategic direction across a portfolio of student housing properties, stepping in during staff vacancies or training needs to ensure continuity of operations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting daily property operations, executing sales and marketing plans, assisting with leasing activities, and providing training and operational support to on-site teams as needed.
- • The role is part of a growing student housing management team within Business Insider, Inc.’s SelectLeaders client network, focused on delivering high-performance housing solutions for student residents.
- • In this role, the individual will gain hands-on experience in multi-property operations, develop expertise in student housing management, and build leadership skills through direct involvement in property-level strategy and team support.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven background in student housing, property management, or marketing and leasing
- • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time for on-site property support
- • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to lead teams and manage operations remotely and on-site
