• • The Senior Placement Broker – Property is a senior technical placement resource focused on large and complex Property placements, supporting client teams and Regional Brokerage Leaders on new business opportunities, challenging renewals, and escalated senior-level client issues. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong market relationships, and the ability to negotiate and structure sophisticated Property insurance programs.
• • Day to day, the person will develop and execute placement strategies for complex Property insurance programs, lead carrier negotiations to secure optimal pricing and terms, strengthen market relationships, analyze client exposures, serve as a senior escalation resource for executive-level client issues, partner with Regional Brokerage Leaders on new business, support complex renewals and program restructures, provide in-depth knowledge of Property policy language, ensure submission quality reflects risk complexity, and coordinate large projects/programs while building renewal engagement processes.
