• • Skydio, the undisputed leader in autonomous flight technology and the forefront of the drone industry, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented National Security Program Manager for the EMEA region. This pivotal role is designed for an individual with a profound sense of ownership and a passion for driving the successful implementation and delivery of Skydio’s cutting-edge products to our esteemed Government and Defense clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As Skydio’s primary customer liaison in this critical market, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive management of our contracts, encompassing all facets of cost, performance, scheduling, intricate project planning, rigorous technical execution, unwavering contract compliance, proactive risk management, and adept problem-solving.
• • Internally, you will forge strong, collaborative partnerships with our Product Management, Manufacturing Operations, and Sales teams. Your role will involve developing strategic plans, dissecting and resolving complex challenges, and providing clear, concise communication of risks and progress to our executive leadership. The ideal candidate will serve as an indispensable conduit, expertly bridging the gap between the unique requirements of International Government and Defense customers and Skydio’s exceptionally agile and world-class technical engineering and development teams.
• • This position reports directly to the Manager of International Mission Success, offering a direct line of sight into the strategic operations of Skydio’s global defense initiatives.

A key responsibility will be to deeply understand customer contract requirements and their inherent pain points, translating these complex needs into actionable insights for Skydio’s agile product and technical teams, thereby driving development and delivery execution with precision and efficiency.
• • You will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing robust relationships with International Government customers and strategic partners across the EMEA region. Your technical acumen will be crucial in building and driving comprehensive plans in conjunction with Skydio’s manufacturing, product, and engineering departments, ensuring that critical milestones are met consistently and effectively.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve providing critical intelligence to Skydio’s leadership regarding contract management risks and emerging opportunities. This proactive approach will ensure a coordinated, comprehensive, and strategic methodology is applied to product delivery across all relevant programs.
• • You will also work directly with our network of value-added resellers (VARs) throughout EMEA, orchestrating the fulfillment of customer demands while meticulously adhering to all contractual, legal, and regulatory stipulations. This includes providing general support for go-to-market strategies and other essential business activities as needed to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• • The successful candidate will be adept at navigating the complexities of government procurement, understanding the nuances of defense sector requirements, and applying this knowledge to ensure Skydio’s offerings are perfectly aligned with client needs. You will be a key player in shaping how Skydio serves its most critical clients, contributing directly to national security objectives through the deployment of advanced autonomous technology.
