- • As a Netzwerkmanager (Network Manager) for Oncology in the Lübeck / Kiel / Flensburg region, you will be the vital face of Eli Lilly and Company's mission, embodying our commitment to uniting caring with discovery to improve lives worldwide.

- • A core aspect of your role involves the comprehensive analysis and active management of relationships and interfaces between physicians, clinics, Medical Care Centers (MVZs), and other relevant accounts in your designated territory.

- • A holistic view of the accounts you manage is crucial, considering their role, interconnectedness, and interactions within the regional healthcare ecosystem.

- • This includes the development and continuous enhancement of strategic analyses for your accounts, encompassing SWOT analyses, patient flow mapping, potential assessments, and detailed mapping of network and relationship structures.
- • You will build upon existing access channels and develop/implement new strategies to engage key decision-makers, utilizing a customer-individualized multi-channel approach that blends face-to-face interactions with virtual engagement.
- • Crafting and implementing customer- and network-oriented contact strategies is essential to ensure optimal engagement frequency across the most appropriate channels.
- • You will be expected to convey complex healthcare policy contexts, including reimbursement structures and healthcare provision systems, to stakeholders.
- • A key part of your role involves independently organizing and conducting professional development and training events for healthcare professionals.
