  • • Own and elevate the Neurocrine NeuroPsych portfolio across Philadelphia and South Pennsylvania, turning deep science into life-changing outcomes for patients battling tardive dyskinesia, Huntington’s chorea, and complex neuropsychiatric disorders.
  • • Build and execute a data-driven territory business plan that identifies high-value psychiatrists, neurologists, NPs, PAs, community mental-health clinics, long-term-care facilities, regional payers, specialty pharmacies, and patient-advocacy groups—then convert insight into double-digit growth.
  • • Deliver compelling clinical and economic narratives in person, virtually, and via peer-to-peer programs, ensuring every HCP interaction translates to earlier diagnosis, appropriate prescribing, and improved patient adherence.
  • • Map the patient journey from referral to fulfillment, uncovering access bottlenecks and partnering with Patient Access, Managed Care, and Medical Science Liaisons to remove formulary hurdles and streamline specialty-distribution pathways.
  • • Steward a six-figure promotional budget and Veeva CRM ecosystem to target the right customers with the right frequency, measuring ROI weekly and reallocating spend in real time for maximum impact.
  • • Cultivate authentic, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders—turning them into advocates who speak on our behalf at grand rounds, regional psychiatric society meetings, and digital webinars.
  • • Champion compliance and ethics in every interaction, mastering FDA guidelines, PDMA requirements, and Neurocrine’s own gold-standard policies to protect patients and preserve our license to operate.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing to pilot innovative HCP education pilots, with Medical Communications to amplify peer-reviewed data, and with Market Access to secure favorable payer coverage across Medicaid MCOs and commercial PBMs.
  • • Serve as the voice of the field back to headquarters, distilling customer insights into actionable recommendations that shape future clinical trials, messaging, and resource allocation.
  • • Maintain a Monday-Friday field presence (with occasional evening/weekend congresses or patient-advocacy events), logging 10–12 high-quality calls per day while staying within a 50-mile radius of your home base.
  • • Mentor and indirectly lead cross-functional pod teams—training newer reps on account strategy, sharing best practices, and modeling the Neurocrine values of Passion, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, and Tenacity.
  • • Continuously sharpen your neuroscience acumen through internal curriculum, external CME, and scientific congresses, ensuring you can discuss dopamine-pathway pharmacology, tardive-dyskinesia screening scales, and managed-care pull-through tactics with equal fluency.
  • • Drive launch excellence for late-stage pipeline assets, preparing the territory months in advance through KOL mapping, account segmentation, and pre-launch educational initiatives that prime the market for rapid uptake.
  • • Leverage business-intelligence dashboards (Salesforce, QlikView, COGNOS) to track prescription trends, payer shifts, and competitive moves—then translate analytics into tactical pivots that keep the territory ahead of forecast.
