- • The New Accounts Application Processing Analyst role at Interactive Brokers LLC is essential for ensuring the accurate and compliant onboarding of new institutional and retail clients, directly supporting the company’s mission to deliver secure, technology-driven brokerage services globally.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include processing client applications, reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate account approval and maintenance, cross-referencing multiple databases to verify regulatory compliance with AML and KYC requirements, adhering to internal policies and procedures, and communicating with clients, sales representatives, and client service teams to resolve inquiries and ensure smooth onboarding.
- • The role is part of the Application Support Group within Interactive Brokers, a global financial services leader headquartered in Greenwich, CT, with operations in over 15 countries and a reputation for innovation, competitive pricing, and cutting-edge technology, recognized by Barron’s as the #1 online broker for six consecutive years.
- • In this position, the analyst will develop strong expertise in financial regulatory compliance (AML/KYC), enhance analytical and organizational skills, gain hands-on experience with financial documentation and client onboarding workflows, and build proficiency in MS Office—particularly advanced Excel—while contributing to a high-integrity, technology-driven brokerage operation.
