- • As a New Business Relationship Manager - Squad Lead at Allica Bank, you will serve as the go-to SME Relationship Manager in your community, building and managing a portfolio of established SME customers while leading a team of Growth Focused Relationship Managers to drive new business acquisition and deliver outstanding service.
- • Day to day, you will originate SME lending opportunities from initial enquiry to completion, write credit papers aligned with Allica’s credit policy, build deep trusting relationships with customers, provide leadership and coaching to your team, deliver business plans and commercial performance for your region, and collaborate with Business Development and Accountancy Partnership Teams to present a unified proposition to target markets.
