We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented New Market Launcher (GTM) to spearhead our go-to-market execution within a dedicated pod. This pivotal role is instrumental in driving revenue outcomes, customer acquisition, and expansion, serving as the central GTM owner responsible for sales, pipeline strategy, and customer success alignment. You will be a key architect in scaling our repeatable GTM motions by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- • As the GTM Market Launcher, you will be entrusted with the ownership and execution of the go-to-market strategy for your assigned pod. This involves translating high-level company objectives into actionable plans that demonstrably drive revenue growth, foster deep customer adoption, and ensure long-term retention. You will lead the GTM function within your pod, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring seamless coordination across Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success teams to optimize the entire customer lifecycle.
- • A core responsibility of this role is accountability for pipeline generation, deal execution, accurate forecasting, and ultimately, achieving the revenue targets set for your pod. You will be actively involved in leading and supporting complex sales cycles, from initial discovery conversations through to successful closing. This requires engaging effectively with senior stakeholders, skillfully navigating multi-threaded buying processes, and building a robust, predictable pipeline characterized by strong coverage and healthy velocity.
- • Beyond transactional sales, you will cultivate and maintain trusted, strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders. Acting as a strategic advisor, you will ensure that customers consistently derive maximum long-term value from HappyRobot's innovative solutions. Your insights and understanding of customer needs will be invaluable in shaping our product roadmap and refining our GTM messaging.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to provide critical customer feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and ensure our GTM messaging is sharp, relevant, and compelling. You will also be instrumental in experimenting with, refining, and documenting new GTM motions within your pod, contributing directly to the development of scalable and repeatable playbooks that can be leveraged across the entire HappyRobot organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading Go-To-Market (GTM), sales, or revenue functions, with a strong track record of owning and achieving revenue targets (new business and expansion).
- • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build trusted relationships with senior customer executives.
- • Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven mindset with a high degree of comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
- • Familiarity with CRM and GTM tooling (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
- • Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on individual contributor.
