- • As a New Partner Experience Advisor (Italian Speaking) at Deliveroo, you will serve as the vital link for newly onboarded Italian restaurant partners during their critical first 60 days on the platform, ensuring they have the tools, confidence, and strategy to achieve long-term success and operational excellence.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading partner success by acting as the primary relationship lead for new Italian restaurants, consulting on growth strategies to enhance menu visibility and advertising tool usage, liaising with internal teams like photography to ensure high-quality digital storefronts, managing outbound calls to resolve partner issues promptly, and maintaining meticulous administrative records to meet daily targets and quality standards.
- • You will join the New Partner Experience (NPX) team within Deliveroo’s Commercial division, working cross-functionally with Sales and Account Managers to support the onboarding and growth of new partners in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that values impact, innovation, and growth.
- • In this role, you will develop strong partner management, communication, and operational skills while gaining deep insights into Deliveroo’s marketplace dynamics, contributing to partner retention and growth, and building a foundation for career progression within a global team now integrated with DoorDash and Wolt.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native or fluent proficiency in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
- • Strong communication skills with excellent phone presence and empathy for partner needs
- • Proven ability to work toward demanding targets while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- • Emotional intelligence to build rapport quickly and navigate partner challenges proactively
