• • As the New Restaurant Opening Lead at Wonder Technologies, Inc., you will drive the successful launch of new restaurant locations in the Fort Worth/Arlington, Texas area, ensuring each opening aligns with company growth objectives and delivers exceptional customer experiences.
• • Day to day, you will develop and refine new restaurant opening strategies, manage timelines and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, training, supply chain, marketing, and development, oversee site setup and logistics, implement quality control measures, analyze post-opening performance, and provide ongoing support to optimize store performance.
• • You will join a fast-growing, innovative mealtime platform that owns and operates every step of the dining experience—from recipe development to technology—enabling scalable delivery of high-quality, diverse food options with zero delivery fees across dine-in, pickup, and delivery channels.
• • In this role, you will build and mentor high-performing teams, refine operational playbooks, lead training initiatives for new staff, and gain deep expertise in multi-unit restaurant expansion, financial oversight, and operational excellence within a high-growth food technology company.
