- • Join Vonage and help us innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide! As a Number Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing numbering resources that are foundational to Vonage’s products, customer experience, and regulatory compliance. You will ensure the right numbers are available in the right locations at the right time, supporting global growth and high-quality service delivery.
- • Day to day, you will manage end-to-end number provisioning including complex KYC/identity verification for restricted markets, process and validate customer orders across Vonage application businesses, execute number porting projects (LNP) for customers and internally, handle port out processing and escalations per regulatory lead times, maintain and cleanse number inventory to improve accuracy and reduce costs, support regulatory audits and compliance efforts, scope and submit back office migrations or LNP tasks for optimization, troubleshoot customer number reachability issues, incorrect spam tagging, SIP signaling or CLID display problems, and collaborate on streamlining and automating operational tasks.
- • You will be part of Vonage’s Business Operations team, which enables operational scale and reliability through strong governance, data-driven decision-making, and deep functional expertise. The team focuses on building sustainable operations that support global growth and a high-quality customer experience, working closely with regulatory, technical, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless number lifecycle management.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in telecom number management, regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and operational automation. You will enhance your analytical and problem-solving skills, gain hands-on experience with telecom tooling (SIP, VoIP, PSTN), and strengthen your ability to manage complex workflows in a fast-paced, global environment — positioning you for growth in telecom operations, compliance, or process optimization roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven background in Telecoms or CCaaS, specifically handling number provisioning and/or Line Number Porting (LNP)
- • Familiarity with SIP, VoIP, and legacy PSTN nuances
- • Advanced Excel skills (large datasets), experience with ticketing/CRM systems (e.g. Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce), and familiarity with data tools such as SQL, Snowflake, or Kibana
- • High attention to detail, particularly in data and document handling
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Fluent English
