- • As a Nurse Case Manager (NCM), you will be a pivotal point of contact for patients and their caregivers, providing essential support and education to those affected by gMG and other autoimmune conditions.
- • This role is regionally aligned, requiring you to serve as a primary resource for understanding the disease, argenx's innovative products, and the comprehensive support services available.
- • Your core responsibility will be to empower patients and their families by educating them about their condition and treatment options, fostering a sense of control and well-being.
- • You will engage in direct, one-on-one communications, offering personalized guidance and support to navigate the complexities of managing a chronic illness.
- • A key aspect of the role involves educating patients and caregivers on insurance coverage, including communicating updates and findings related to their benefits.
- • You will also play a crucial role in reviewing and explaining financial assistance programs, ensuring patients understand and can access any aid they may be eligible for.
- • The NCM will coordinate essential logistical support, facilitating patients' access to therapy and helping them manage their treatment journey effectively.

- • You will leverage demonstrated presentation skills to effectively educate and motivate patients and caregivers.
- • The ability to build positive relationships, both internally with cross-functional teams and externally with patients and healthcare providers, is a hallmark of success in this role.
- • Adaptability to changing work environments and evolving responsibilities will be key, as the biotech landscape is dynamic.
- • You will thrive in a team-oriented environment, contributing with flexibility and a positive attitude to collective goals.
- • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary for daily tasks and reporting.
- • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends may be required to accommodate patient schedules and needs.
- • You will participate in and complete all mandatory pharmacovigilance training to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- • The role demands a commitment to upholding all relevant industry laws and argenx's policies, reinforcing the company's dedication to integrity.
