  • • The Nurse Case Manager (NCM) serves as the single point of contact for patients and caregivers affected by generalized Myasthenia Gravis (gMG), providing education, support, and coordination to improve patient outcomes and access to argenx’s therapies.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering direct educational training on gMG and argenx products, managing patient cases across regions, communicating insurance and financial assistance updates, coordinating logistical support for therapy access, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve reimbursement issues.
  • • argenx is a science-driven biotech company committed to transforming immunology through innovative medicines like VYVGART, with a mission to deliver life-changing treatments for autoimmune patients while fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and scientific excellence.
  • • In this role, the NCM will develop deep expertise in rare autoimmune diseases, patient advocacy, reimbursement navigation, and cross-functional collaboration, while building meaningful relationships with patients and caregivers and contributing to argenx’s patient-centric mission.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Current RN License in good standing
  • • Bachelor’s degree required
  • • 5+ years of clinical experience in home healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings
  • • 2+ years of experience in case management
  • • 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
