- • Seeq is seeking a visionary and results-driven Offer Manager to spearhead the development, implementation, and scaling of our innovative outcome-centric "whole offers." This pivotal role is designed for a strategic thinker who can expertly weave together Seeq's powerful software, advanced analytical models, expert services, and seamless integrations into cohesive, packaged solutions. Your primary mission will be to ensure these comprehensive offers deliver demonstrable, measurable customer value and a compelling return on investment (ROI) across our priority industries.
- • As the Offer Manager, you will be instrumental in defining the strategic roadmap for our whole offers. This involves conducting in-depth market research, analyzing industry trends, and understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within key sectors. You will translate these insights into actionable strategies for creating differentiated and high-value solutions that address specific customer pain points and business objectives.
- • A core aspect of your role will be the operationalization of these offers. This means developing robust go-to-market strategies, defining clear value propositions, and creating compelling sales enablement materials. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless execution from concept to delivery. This includes defining pricing models, service level agreements (SLAs), and support structures that align with the value delivered.
- • Scaling these offers will be a critical measure of your success. You will identify opportunities for expansion, refine processes for efficiency, and develop frameworks to replicate successful offer implementations across different regions and customer segments. This requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks, fostering strong internal partnerships, and championing the adoption of these whole offers throughout the organization.
- • You will be the subject matter expert for Seeq's whole offers, possessing a deep understanding of how our technology, combined with services and integrations, can solve complex industrial challenges. This includes articulating the technical and business benefits of our solutions, demonstrating their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs), and building strong relationships with customers and partners to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- • Key responsibilities will include:
- • Defining and refining the strategy for Seeq's outcome-centric whole offers, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.
- • Developing and managing the lifecycle of these offers, from ideation and business case development through to launch, iteration, and eventual retirement.
- • Collaborating with Product Management to ensure the software roadmap supports the evolving needs of the whole offers.
- • Working with the Services and Solutions teams to define and package the necessary consulting, implementation, and support services.
- • Partnering with Marketing to develop compelling messaging, collateral, and campaigns that effectively communicate the value proposition of our whole offers.
- • Enabling the Sales organization with the knowledge, tools, and training required to effectively sell and position these integrated solutions.
- • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success, adoption, and financial performance of the whole offers.
- • Analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful offer delivery and customer satisfaction.
- • Driving the continuous improvement of offer development and delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
