  • • **Guest Management Excellence:** You will be the first impression of Clay Labs for everyone who walks through our doors.   • • **Event Planning and Execution:** A key aspect of this role is the planning and execution of a diverse range of community events. You will manage all logistical aspects, from concept to completion, ensuring each event is memorable, engaging, and aligned with Clay's mission and culture.
  • • **Visitor and Guest Experience Stewardship:** You will serve as the dedicated point person for individuals traveling between our global offices or attending onsite events in London. This includes coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring seamless check-ins, and providing any necessary support to guarantee a comfortable and productive office experience for all guests.
  • • **Proactive Needs Anticipation and Issue Resolution:** Your role will involve anticipating the needs of employees and visitors before they arise. You will be adept at quickly identifying and resolving any issues that may impact the office environment or individual experiences, whether it's a candidate arriving for an interview, an executive visitor, or a new hire on their first day.
