  • • In this multifaceted role, you will be the go-to person for all things office-related in Paris. This includes meticulously overseeing daily operations, from ensuring the office is welcoming and functional each morning to managing the procurement and stocking of essential supplies. You'll be responsible for maintaining a high standard of office upkeep, addressing any facilities issues promptly, and coordinating with external service providers to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your attention to detail will be key in managing vendor relationships, including those for building maintenance, catering services, IT support, and the replenishment of office snacks and beverages, ensuring a well-equipped and comfortable environment for everyone.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve supporting our new hires. You will coordinate the entire onboarding process from an office perspective, ensuring that new team members have a positive and efficient start. This includes managing the ordering, setup, and personalization of their workspaces, making sure they have all the necessary equipment and resources from day one. Your proactive approach will help integrate new colleagues seamlessly into the Front family.
  • • You will also act as a key administrative support for our recruiting team. This involves assisting with the scheduling of interviews, coordinating candidate visits, and handling any logistical arrangements necessary to facilitate the hiring process. Your efficiency and organizational skills will be vital in supporting our growth and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of Front, and you will work closely with our Workplace Experience Manager based in San Francisco. Together, you will conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging employee events and initiatives. These events are designed to foster a strong sense of community, encourage cross-functional collaboration, and enhance our company culture. Your creativity and organizational prowess will be essential in bringing these ideas to life, creating memorable experiences for our team members.
  • • Beyond the day-to-day, you will be a key contributor to our employer branding efforts. By maintaining an exceptional office environment and contributing to positive employee experiences, you will indirectly showcase Front as an employer of choice.   • • This role offers flexibility, being a part-time contractor position, ideally requiring your presence three days a week. This aligns perfectly with Front's hybrid work model, where we come together in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to foster collaboration and connection. Occasional travel to our Dublin office may be required, providing an opportunity to build relationships and support our international teams firsthand.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in workplace management, office coordination, or event management, preferably within the tech industry.
  • • Full fluency in both English and French, both written and spoken.
  • • Demonstrated ability to balance professionalism with a friendly, approachable demeanor, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
  • • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to the Dublin office.
  • • Experience in hospitality or other detail-oriented roles requiring strong multitasking and organizational skills.
