  • • As an Office Manager at Lapitopa Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and welcoming operation of our Limassol office, directly supporting team productivity and workplace harmony.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing office supplies, coordinating vendors and maintenance, handling administrative tasks, organizing meetings and travel, supporting employee onboarding and relocation, managing corporate correspondence, and upholding health, safety, and office policies.
  • • You will join a dynamic, growing team at Lapitopa Inc., a company building innovative solutions with a strong focus on employee experience and operational excellence in a collaborative, sea-side office environment.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in office administration, vendor management, employee support processes, and corporate coordination, while gaining visibility and trust through close collaboration with leadership and the founding team.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • • Fluent English and Greek, both written and spoken
  • • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • • Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
