This is a unique opportunity to shape the physical and cultural environment of our Parisian hub, which currently hosts around 100 collaborators, and to contribute to the overall well-being and productivity of our worldwide workforce.
- • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Paris office, acting as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and external service providers. Your proactive approach will ensure that our office space is not only functional and well-maintained but also a welcoming and inspiring place to work, reflecting Scality's commitment to innovation, collaboration, and a strong human culture.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory. This includes anticipating needs, placing orders, managing budgets for office expenses, and ensuring that all resources are available and in good working order. You will also oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office facilities, coordinating with building management and external vendors for repairs, cleaning, and any necessary improvements.
- • You will be instrumental in organizing and coordinating internal and external events, from team-building activities and company celebrations to client meetings and workshops. This involves managing logistics, vendor relationships, catering, and ensuring that events run seamlessly and contribute positively to employee engagement and company culture.

This might involve organizing social events, facilitating communication between departments, and generally being a friendly and approachable presence for all employees.
- • You will manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers, including cleaning services, maintenance contractors, catering companies, and IT support. Negotiating contracts, monitoring service quality, and ensuring cost-effectiveness will be part of your remit.
- • For our global team of 230 members, you will contribute to initiatives that enhance their employee experience, even if they are not based in Paris. This could involve supporting remote work policies, coordinating virtual events, or assisting with the onboarding of new international hires by ensuring they have the necessary resources and information.
- • You will also play a role in managing the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression for all visitors. This includes managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, and directing visitors appropriately.
- • Your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems creatively, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously will be essential. You will be expected to take initiative, work autonomously, and contribute to continuous improvement in office management practices.
- • By ensuring the seamless functioning of our Paris office and contributing to a positive global employee experience, you will directly impact Scality's ability to focus on its core mission: helping organizations store, protect, and access their data reliably and securely, powering today's digital world.
