• • You will be the primary architect of the Seattle office's operational framework, meticulously building systems, forging essential vendor partnerships, and defining workplace experience standards from the ground up. Your efforts will not only govern the current Seattle office but will also lay the groundwork for future office expansions, ensuring scalability and consistency.
• • Your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of office management, from the day-to-day operational flow to strategic facilities oversight. This includes managing landlord relations, coordinating all maintenance activities, and overseeing a diverse range of vendors responsible for cleaning, security, utilities, catering, and office supplies.
• • A key aspect of your role will be developing and diligently maintaining office budgets, working in close collaboration with the Finance department to ensure fiscal responsibility and strategic resource allocation.
• • You will be the guardian of compliance, ensuring the office adheres to all local regulations and upholds the highest standards of workplace safety, creating a secure and healthy environment for everyone.

• • The role also involves providing comprehensive support for office visitation and usage. This includes managing the logistics and coordination for visiting executives, leadership teams, and important customers, ensuring their experience is positive and productive.
• • You will oversee office access systems and the issuance of employee badging, maintaining security and control.
• • Efficient coordination of conference rooms, shared spaces, and workspace assignments will be essential to optimize the use of our office resources.
