- • As the on-site point of contact, you will be the primary individual responsible for the day-to-day operational logistics of the Austin office. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from managing the physical workspace to supporting employee needs and contributing to a positive company culture.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve greeting and hosting visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive until their departure. This front-facing responsibility requires excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing a professional and friendly first impression for SEON.
- • You will act as a vital liaison with our shared workspace provider. This partnership will involve coordinating essential office services, including managing access for employees and guests, booking and preparing conference rooms, submitting and tracking service requests, and overseeing guest registration. Your ability to proactively identify and resolve issues quickly will be paramount to maintaining an optimal working environment.
- • Maintaining a consistently ready-to-work office environment is a core function. This includes ensuring that individual workspaces, common areas, and team supply stations are consistently organized, stocked, and supported.
