- • As an Office Operations Manager at Horizon3.ai, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the company’s workplace strategy across the U.S., starting with the Chicago office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while building repeatable systems for office management, vendor coordination, and workplace experience.
- • Your daily responsibilities will include managing office logistics such as restocking supplies, coordinating vendors, supporting in-office events and leadership visits, maintaining a high-quality employee experience, and serving as the local point of contact for employees and cross-functional partners in the Chicago hub.
- • You will partner with senior leadership in People Operations, Finance, and other teams to evaluate new market opportunities (e.g., NYC, D.C.), lead end-to-end office expansion projects—including market research, scoping trips, requirements gathering—and own timelines from idea to launch.
- • Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote-first cybersecurity company founded by former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and frustrated cybersecurity practitioners, dedicated to helping organizations proactively find and fix exploitable attack vectors through its NodeZeroTM platform, which serves clients ranging from educational institutions to Global 100 enterprises.
- • In this role, you will develop and implement scalable workplace frameworks for office evaluation, vendor management, cost optimization, and consistency across locations, while partnering cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution.
- • You will have the opportunity to build something from the ground up—designing a thoughtful, repeatable workplace model that enables employees to do their best work, while gaining strategic influence in shaping the company’s physical footprint and operational excellence as it scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in office operations, workplace management, or facilities at a scaling company
- • Experience managing both physical spaces and projects (not just one or the other)
- • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
- • Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and lease or contract negotiation support
- • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured plans and execution paths
- • Strong cross-functional partnership skills; comfortable influencing without formal authority
