📋 Description

• • The Okta Partner Architect serves as a strategic technical advisor and enablement leader, bridging Optiv’s sales, services, and partner ecosystems by driving pre-sales excellence through deep technical expertise, hands-on solution demonstrations, and enablement programs that enhance both internal teams and client outcomes.
• • Day to day, the role involves delivering detailed presentations and demonstrations of Okta technologies to internal teams and clients, developing and maintaining technical sales tools and documentation (including sizing guidelines, best practice and integration guides, and solution design documentation), leading use case development, building and executing enablement sessions and workshops for sales and technical teams, defining and documenting solution architectures and product matrices, providing SKU guidance and bundling strategies, collaborating with client advisory and delivery teams to ensure alignment with best practices, supporting client retention through advisory and best-practice assessments, conducting client workshops to maximize solution adoption and identify upsell opportunities, serving as an escalation point for complex partner-related services, shadowing partner engineering and internal consulting teams to stay aligned on evolving capabilities, contributing to internal communities of practice, and maintaining expert-level technical certifications in assigned partner technologies.
