Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Lead the end-to-end creation and delivery of high-impact, award-winning influencer marketing campaigns for a portfolio of globally recognised brands, translating business objectives into culturally resonant, creator-led stories that drive measurable growth.
  • • Own the influencer strategy from the moment a client brief lands: interrogate objectives, size the opportunity, map audience tribes, set KPI frameworks, and architect channel, creator, and content blueprints that balance reach, relevance, and ROI.
  • • Build and nurture a diverse network of creators, agents, and platform partners—negotiating contracts, briefing talent, and guiding creative development—while ensuring every collaboration is brand-safe, legally compliant, and authentically on-brief.
  • • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams across paid, owned, and earned media to weave influencer touchpoints into holistic customer journeys; brief designers, copywriters, and media planners to amplify creator assets across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and emerging platforms.
  • • Translate data into insight: use social listening, platform analytics, and brand-lift studies to optimise live campaigns in real time, then craft compelling post-campaign reports that prove commercial impact and secure future investment.
  • • Champion creativity and innovation by spotting cultural trends, beta-testing new platform features, and pitching bold, first-to-market activations that position OMD UK as the go-to agency for progressive influencer marketing.
  • • Mentor and upskill a growing team of executives and managers; run training sessions on creator vetting, FTC/ASA compliance, rate benchmarking, and storytelling formats, fostering a culture of curiosity and excellence.
  • • Present confidently to C-suite clients and category leads, distilling complex strategies into clear narratives that secure buy-in and budget, while acting as the day-to-day senior point of escalation for influencer deliverables.
  • • Contribute to new-business pitches by designing influencer-centric solutions that differentiate OMD UK, working closely with strategy, creative, and investment teams to craft winning proposals.
  • • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into every campaign—ensuring creator rosters reflect society, content avoids stereotypes, and campaigns positively impact under-represented communities.
  • • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns with six- and seven-figure budgets, maintaining rigorous timelines, PO systems, and reconciliation processes to protect profitability and client trust.
  • • Stay ahead of regulatory shifts (CMA, ASA, FTC) and platform policy changes, updating internal playbooks and client guidance to safeguard reputation and maintain industry-leading standards.
  • • Represent OMD UK at industry events, award juries, and panel discussions, elevating the agency’s thought-leadership profile while forging partnerships that unlock exclusive creator access and beta opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years’ hands-on experience devising and executing large-scale influencer marketing campaigns within an agency, media owner, or brand environment, with proven success delivering measurable business results.
  • • Deep fluency across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and emerging creator platforms, including algorithm mechanics, ad formats, and creator monetisation tools.
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-pound budgets, complex timelines, and senior stakeholder expectations simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • • Strong analytical mindset: proficient in platform analytics, social listening tools, and campaign measurement frameworks; able to turn data into actionable insights and persuasive stories.
  • • Exceptional leadership and people-development skills, with a track record of coaching junior talent and fostering inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • • Outstanding communication and presentation skills—comfortable pitching to C-suite clients, negotiating with agents, and writing razor-sharp creative briefs.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Fully remote working model with the option to hot-desk at state-of-the-art London offices whenever you choose, plus flexible hours to support work-life balance.
  • • 25 days’ annual leave (plus bank holidays) rising to 28 with service, plus your birthday off and the opportunity to buy or sell up to 5 additional days.
  • • Comprehensive private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, and a generous pension scheme with company contributions up to 7.5%.
  • • Annual personal development budget of ÂŁ1,500 for courses, conferences, and certifications, plus access to OMD’s global learning platform and mentorship programmes.
  • • Enhanced family-friendly policies including 18 weeks’ fully paid maternity and adoption leave, 6 weeks’ fully paid paternity leave, and phased return-to-work support.
