- • As an Onboarding Consultant I for xtraChef at Toast, you will serve as the primary relationship manager for restaurant customers from purchase through onboarding, ensuring successful activation and adoption of Toast’s backoffice solutions like AP Automation, Inventory, Recipe, and Bill Payment.
- • Day to day, you will leverage restaurant operations knowledge and project management skills to create and lead implementation plans, manage 80+ simultaneous onboarding engagements, guide customers through milestones, and provide post-activation training and follow-up to ensure smooth transitions and optimal use of xtraChef by Toast.
- • You will join Toast’s customer-facing team dedicated to helping restaurants succeed in a digital world by improving food cost management, operational productivity, and backoffice efficiency through technology.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in restaurant technology implementation, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, and gain experience driving customer activation and retention in a high-growth SaaS environment, with opportunities to influence product adoption and contribute to Toast’s mission of empowering the restaurant community.
