  • • Own the first 90-day journey for every new Webflow customer, turning sign-ups into power users through data-driven onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-value and reduce churn.
  • • Design, build, and continuously optimize scalable enablement assets—interactive tours, video academies, template libraries, certification paths, and in-product nudges—so customers can self-serve confidently without waiting for human support.
  • • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to embed contextual education inside the Webflow UI; you will write micro-copy, trigger tooltips, and run A/B tests that lift feature adoption and activation rates.
  • • Analyze product-usage telemetry, NPS, and support tickets to pinpoint friction points; translate findings into quarterly OKRs that move core metrics such as activation %, expansion MRR, and support deflection.
  • • Serve as the voice of the customer in cross-functional “First-Run” squads, advocating for intuitive defaults, progressive disclosure, and inclusive UX that works for visual designers, marketers, and developers alike.
  • • Produce role-based learning paths for agencies, freelancers, and enterprise teams; collaborate with Community and Customer Success to weave live workshops, office hours, and user forums into a cohesive enablement ecosystem.
  • • Maintain a multilingual content calendar; localize onboarding flows into EMEA and APAC markets while preserving Webflow’s friendly, human tone and ensuring technical accuracy across CSS grid, flexbox, and CMS tutorials.
  • • Report weekly KPI dashboards to leadership, telling compelling stories with data that secure budget for new experiments in AI-guided onboarding, gamification, and personalized learning recommendations.
  • • Mentor junior enablement writers and contractor agencies, establishing style guides, review rubrics, and reusable Figma components that keep quality bar high even as content volume scales 10Ă—.
  • • Champion accessibility and inclusive design in every asset; ensure WCAG 2.2 compliance for videos (captions, transcripts), docs (semantic HTML), and interactive demos (keyboard navigable) so every user can build sites that work for everyone.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years in customer onboarding, product education, or technical enablement for a SaaS platform serving both self-serve and enterprise segments.
  • • Proven track record of improving activation or trial-to-paid conversion through in-product tours, email nurture, or academy content; please share metric outcomes.
  • • Fluent in Webflow’s visual development paradigm—comfortable building responsive pages with components, CMS collections, interactions, and hosting settings without engineering help.
  • • Data-literate: advanced Excel/Looker/Tableau skills to segment users, run cohort analyses, and translate insights into experiments that move activation or churn metrics.
  • • Exceptional storytelling ability—can write concise UI copy one minute and produce engaging video scripts the next, always matching Webflow’s friendly, inclusive brand voice.
