• • The Onboarding Operations Specialist (L1) at Twilio supports the global Onboarding and Compliance team by guiding customers through Toll-Free Verification, ensuring adherence to carrier and regulatory requirements, and safeguarding against fraudulent activity to maintain trust in Twilio’s ecosystem.
• • Day to day, the role involves reviewing verification submissions for compliance, conducting KYC checks, verifying brand legitimacy, analyzing digital footprints, performing QA on AI and agent decisions, handling escalations, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining documentation, and providing customer support via email, Slack, and ServiceNow while upholding Twilio’s values of ownership, boldness, and customer-centricity.
