- • The Onboarding Program Manager at Semperis leads the structured execution of customer onboarding programs from deal close through deployment and adoption, ensuring a seamless experience that sets customers up for long-term success.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing onboarding programs across multiple customer segments (Tier 0–Tier 3), coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project plans and status reports, tracking risks and dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- • The role supports Customer Success Managers by handling the operational execution layer of onboarding, allowing CSMs to focus on strategic advisory and adoption outcomes.

- • In this role, the individual will gain expertise in enterprise SaaS onboarding, cross-functional project coordination, process standardization, and customer success operations, while contributing to scalable onboarding frameworks and improving customer health and adoption outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of experience in onboarding coordination, project management, or similar roles within SaaS or enterprise software
- • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams
- • Strong skills in milestone tracking, risk management, and dependency coordination
- • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration platforms
