- • As an Onboarding Project Manager (OPM) at Rimini Street, Inc., you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless and successful integration of our most valued clients across our comprehensive suite of enterprise software support, products, and services. Reporting directly to the Manager of Global Client Onboarding (GCO), you will own the end-to-end onboarding journey, guaranteeing timely completion of project plans and fostering exceptional client satisfaction.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and meticulously execute client onboarding project plans. This involves defining clear project scopes, establishing robust roles and responsibilities for both client stakeholders and internal Rimini Street teams, and proactively identifying potential project risks.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be to design and implement effective risk mitigation strategies, ensuring that any challenges encountered during the onboarding process are addressed swiftly and efficiently. You will be the primary point of contact for managing all escalations related to your assigned client accounts, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- • You will be responsible for maintaining clear and consistent communication channels with client contacts, project teams, and internal management. This includes providing regular, detailed, and timely status reports to both client executives and Rimini Street leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- • The OPM is expected to contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of client onboarding projects. This includes identifying opportunities for innovation, proposing enhancements to existing processes, and ensuring that all onboarding tasks are performed in strict accordance with ISO standards and best practices.
- • You will play a key role in pre-sales activities, providing essential onboarding assistance and insights to the sales organization to help secure new business and set realistic client expectations from the outset.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project information within Salesforce.com and other relevant internal systems is crucial for tracking progress, managing resources, and ensuring data integrity.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- • Minimum of 5+ years of technical project management experience, specifically with ERP application implementation, upgrade projects, or managing complex enterprise software solutions like SAP or Oracle EBS.
- • Fluency in both English and Portuguese (verbal and written) is essential for effective communication with clients and internal teams in Brazil and globally.
- • Proven experience in client management, including strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- • Proficiency in using common project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
