- • As an Onboarding Risk Analyst at Paddle.com Market Limited, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the company’s payment infrastructure by reviewing supplier applications and investigating risk alerts, ensuring compliance with AML, KYC, and sanctions regulations while enabling safe onboarding of SaaS merchants globally.
- • You will conduct thorough investigations into supplier applications, escalations, and transaction monitoring alerts using internal tools and open-source intelligence, make informed judgment calls with limited information, and communicate findings clearly to commercial and onboarding teams to support risk-based decisions.
- • You will join a global, risk-focused team within Paddle’s Merchant of Record model, which simplifies payment complexity for over 5,000 software sellers across 245 territories, backed by leading investors including KKR and FTV Capital.
- • You will develop deep expertise in FinTech risk operations, enhance your investigative and analytical skills, contribute to process improvements in onboarding workflows, and gain exposure to emerging risks in SaaS and Generative AI, positioning yourself for growth in risk, compliance, or payments leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of experience in onboarding, underwriting, merchant acquiring, e-commerce, SaaS, or a similar FinTech role
- • Proven experience conducting KYC, KYB, PEPs, and sanctions screening reviews in line with regulatory requirements
- • Strong data analysis, investigative skills, and the ability to make sound decisions with limited information
- • Familiarity with risks specific to SaaS and Generative AI business models
- • Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and sensitively with suppliers, account managers, and internal teams
