- • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers from contract signature through full go-live on Every’s platform.
- • Lead live Zoom onboarding sessions to configure payroll, bookkeeping, tax, and other Every products, guiding customers step-by-step through setup.
- • Coordinate internally across Payroll, Tax, Bookkeeping, and other product teams to ensure timely completion of customer-specific tasks.
- • Own the full contract process: send, track, follow up, and confirm electronic signatures for all customer agreements.
- • Accurately update billing systems upon contract execution to ensure proper billing and revenue recognition.
- • Proactively manage multiple open items, deadlines, and dependencies across concurrent customer onboarding workflows.
- • Identify and surface blockers early—whether originating from the customer or internally—and drive resolution without delay.
- • Respond to all customer inquiries same-day, ensuring no message goes unanswered and no task is left pending.
- • Build, document, and refine onboarding playbooks and processes as the company scales to improve efficiency and consistency.
- • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, task status, and internal handoffs to ensure seamless transitions and auditability.
- • Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, translating customer needs into actionable items for product, finance, and operations staff.
- • Ensure every customer achieves a smooth, error-free transition to live status with all services fully configured and operational.
- • Anticipate customer questions and provide clear, confident guidance during high-stakes onboarding calls with founders and executives.
- • Maintain a systems-driven approach: create structure, automate where possible, and eliminate workarounds to scale operations reliably.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving product features, internal workflows, and customer requirements in a fast-paced startup environment.
- • Demonstrate ownership of onboarding outcomes, treating each customer’s success as a personal responsibility.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
- • 1-3 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or a related role.
- • Exceptional communication skills with confidence and polish during video calls with founders and executives.
- • Extremely detail-oriented with a track record of catching errors and preventing tasks from falling through the cracks.
- • Strong project coordination abilities to manage multiple moving parts across internal teams without losing track.
- • Highly responsive nature—treating unanswered messages as unfinished work.
