- • As an Onboarding Specialist at Perk, you will be at the forefront of our client success, playing a pivotal role in the successful implementation and launch of our intelligent travel and spend management platform for new customers within the DACH region.
- • This role is integral to the Implementation team, where your primary responsibility will be to analyze the unique needs and specific circumstances of each new client, translating these into a tailored and effective implementation plan.
- • You will be the driving force behind ensuring clients not only adopt the Perk platform but also achieve successful ramp-up, leading to sustained usage and value realization.
- • Your success will be directly measured by the completion of implementation projects and the subsequent adoption rates of the Perk platform among your assigned clients' users.
- • You will act as the subject matter expert in change management, guiding clients through the transition to a new system and fostering a positive user experience.
- • A core tenet of this role is to deliver an exceptional, "7-star" experience for our clients throughout the entire onboarding journey, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- • This position demands exceptional communication and project management capabilities, requiring you to orchestrate cross-functional project teams to ensure seamless client implementations.
- • You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle: initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing implementation projects.
- • This includes developing detailed requirements documentation, ensuring all deliverables are met, and crafting clear, client-facing communications that manage expectations and provide guidance.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve reviewing client contracts to understand scope and requirements, optimizing resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery, and validating process quality to maintain high standards.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations during the implementation phase, proactively addressing concerns and resolving issues to maintain project momentum and client trust.
- • Developing and implementing strategic plans will be crucial to achieving account ramp-up goals, ensuring clients quickly derive value from the Perk platform.
- • You will be responsible for ensuring that client accounts are correctly staged, scheduled, and prioritized, balancing both the specific needs of the client and the broader business objectives.
- • A significant part of your role involves communicating complex and technical information in a clear, concise, and easily understandable manner to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- • You will ensure that all project team members, both internal and external, have a crystal-clear understanding of project timelines, individual tasks, potential risks, and any emerging issues, fostering a collaborative and informed project environment.
- • This role requires a proactive and organized approach, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and client focus.

🎯 Requirements
- • Native or near-native fluency in German (written and oral).
- • Fluency in English (written and oral).
- • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects, ideally in an implementation or client-facing role.
- • Experience in implementing products or solutions to different clients.
- • Strong organizational and structured working style, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to deliver actionable recommendations.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, and adapt communication style accordingly.
