• • The Oncology Infusion Referral Nurse Sr- REMOTE role at Prime Therapeutics supports independent physician offices in managing member drug infusions by identifying lower-cost alternatives to hospital outpatient facilities, such as home infusion, while ensuring clinical and financial considerations are addressed to optimize patient outcomes and reduce out-of-pocket costs.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include discussing financial and clinical aspects of specialty drugs with patients and providers, researching and coordinating financial assistance programs, maintaining an active caseload, documenting cases in web-based systems, supporting appeals programs, participating in management meetings, and ensuring compliance with company policies and patient record laws.
