🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent English (written and spoken) for clear async collaboration and user-facing copy
- • Demonstrated experience in the B2C mobile app space—either shipping features to the App Store / Play Store or driving growth for a consumer product
- • Genuine enthusiasm for Opal’s mission to help people focus on what counts, evidenced through side projects, essays, or community contributions
- • Comfort with ownership—willing to take an idea from hypothesis to production while documenting decisions for future teammates
- • Nice-to-have: prior remote-first experience and familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, or Amplitude
