- • As an OpenStack Architect at Red Hat, you will serve as a subject matter expert in Red Hat infrastructure and cloud technology, working on-site with customers to design, implement, and support reliable, scalable, and high-availability solutions.
- • You will lead discovery, analysis, and design workshops for technical and non-technical stakeholders, scope delivery projects, and guide customers through pilot and production deployments of Red Hat’s cloud and infrastructure solutions.
- • You will contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies, tools, and content that enable the broader Red Hat organization to scale its services, while also producing whitepapers, webinars, and speaking at industry conferences to share expertise.
- • You will act as a customer advocate, ensuring solutions are innovative, reliable, and aligned with business needs, while gaining deep insight into customer infrastructure challenges and recommending appropriate, tailored solutions.
- • You will collaborate across teams to promote customer success, lower delivery risks, and support Red Hat’s mission of delivering open source innovation with flexibility and performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Prior experience in a consulting role with proven ability to deliver in one-on-one client assignments
- • Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies at a delivery level, including enterprise-wide virtualization implementations
- • Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenStack and/or OpenShift in enterprise environments
- • Strong customer-facing skills, including the ability to present to and guide interactions with technical and non-technical audiences
- • Fluency in both English and French, with willingness to travel within France and occasionally across EMEA
