- • As an Operations Engineer I specializing in Citrix technologies, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability, performance, and availability of virtual desktop environments that support business continuity and user productivity across the organization.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing L1/L2 support for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), monitoring system health using tools like Citrix Director and SCOM, performing troubleshooting for session and connectivity issues, managing incidents via ServiceNow, assisting with patching and upgrades, and supporting user access and authentication in coordination with Active Directory teams.
- • You will join a high-performing, collaborative IT operations team at CSG Systems International, a global leader in customer experience solutions, where your contributions directly impact service reliability and user satisfaction in a 24x7 support environment.
- • This role offers hands-on experience with enterprise Citrix infrastructure, opportunities to develop scripting skills in PowerShell and Python, exposure to ITIL practices, and a clear path to grow into more advanced systems administration or cloud-integrated roles within a supportive and innovative technology team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- • 1–3 years of experience in Citrix/Windows support environments
- • Foundational knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix Gateway (NetScaler), Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- • Experience with monitoring tools such as SCOM or Nagios and ticketing systems like ServiceNow
- • Basic troubleshooting skills for user sessions, application delivery, and network connectivity issues
- • Strong problem-solving abilities, good verbal and written communication, and ability to work in a 24x7 support environment
