- • As Operational Excellence Manager at Rohlik Group SE, you will own the design and delivery of a 3–6 month continuous improvement roadmap in your domain, driving sustainable improvements that directly impact customer experience, cost, and efficiency across fulfillment center operations.
- • You will lead adoption of group standards, embed best practices, partner with central and local stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, implement scalable solutions, and standardize processes across sites while tracking and analyzing performance metrics to identify root causes and standardize fixes.

- • The Operational Excellence team drives continuous improvement, process standardization, and innovation across all domains of Fulfillment Center operations, supporting local teams in implementing group standards and enabling sustainable growth.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in operational excellence methodologies, process mapping (VSM), change management, and cross-functional project leadership, gaining tangible impact on logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction while growing alongside a rapidly scaling European tech-driven grocery leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • 3+ years of operational experience with ownership of projects or programs
- • Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, Metabase, or Access
- • Project management experience
- • Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week across sites
