📋 Description

• As Operational Excellence Manager at Rohlik Group SE, you will own the design and delivery of a 3–6 month continuous improvement roadmap in your domain, driving process standardization and innovation across Fulfillment Center operations to directly impact customer experience, cost, and efficiency.
• You will lead adoption of group standards, embed best practices, and deliver sustainable improvements by partnering with central and local stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, implement scalable solutions, and standardize processes across sites.

• You will grow your expertise in operational excellence, process mapping (VSM), performance analytics, and change management while contributing to innovation roadmaps and business cases that shape the future of grocery fulfillment across multiple countries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of operational experience with ownership of projects or programs
• Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, Metabase, or Access
• Project management experience
• Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week across sites
