- • As Operational Excellence Manager at Rohlik Group SE, you will own the design and delivery of a 3–6 month continuous improvement roadmap in your domain, driving sustainable improvements that directly impact customer experience, cost, and efficiency across fulfillment center operations.
- • You will lead the adoption of group standards and operational best practices through coaching and influence, partnering with central and local stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, implement scalable solutions, and standardize processes across sites.
- • You will join Rohlik Group’s Operational Excellence team, which drives continuous improvement, process standardization, and innovation across all domains of Fulfillment Center operations, supporting local teams in implementing group standards and enabling sustainable growth.
- • You will develop expertise in process mapping (VSM, process maps), performance metric analysis, change documentation, and innovation roadmap input, gaining hands-on experience in scaling operational excellence in a fast-growing European e-grocery leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • 3+ years of operational experience with ownership of projects or programs
- • Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, Metabase, or Access
- • Project management experience
- • Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week across sites
