📋 Description

• As Operational Lead UK at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will drive execution of key operational initiatives, turning strategy into measurable results across core business operations. You are responsible for building scalable systems, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and delivering outcomes that support rapid market expansion and operational excellence.
• Day to day, you will lead operational KPIs, design and implement scalable workflows and dashboards, drive cross-functional coordination with product, technology, marketing, customer, and commercial teams, support market expansion through local operational readiness and go-to-market execution, monitor performance metrics to identify gaps and drive corrective actions, and work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic direction into actionable plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations, consulting, business management, fintech, or high-growth startups
• At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
• Proven ability to scale operations or drive complex initiatives end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Experience working with data, KPIs, and performance management frameworks
• Ability to structure ambiguity and make decisive execution calls
