- • Build and manage capacity models to forecast staffing needs across multiple operational teams and work types.
- • Analyze trends in volume, productivity, attrition, inventory, and related metrics to produce accurate monthly staffing forecasts and identify risks of workforce excess or shortfall.
- • Recommend workforce optimization strategies including hiring plans, skill conversion, up-training, and operational model enhancements.
- • Lead monthly reviews with business partners to present forecast results, explain variances, and align on actions supporting operational and financial objectives.
- • Contribute to strategic planning discussions by providing data-driven insights, raising potential risks, and influencing key decisions across matrixed teams.
- • Support organizational change by building strong partnerships with stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and enabling leaders to make informed planning decisions.
- • Turn complex operational data into actionable staffing strategies that improve performance, productivity, and service delivery.
- • Ensure forecasting accuracy by working with large, complex datasets and applying advanced analytical techniques.
- • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to non-technical leaders and cross-functional teams.
- • Independently manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- • Maintain alignment with business goals by translating analytical outputs into practical workforce planning actions.
- • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and measurable business results.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- • 5+ years of experience in advanced data analysis, workforce management, operational planning, or a related business function.
- • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and proficiency with complex datasets.
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain complex data and influence decisions in a matrix organization.
- • Demonstrated ability to build effective stakeholder partnerships and turn analysis into actionable business recommendations.
- • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines.

- • Annual salary range of $82,400 - $137,300 USD
