- • Review account activity and make informed decisions using AI-assisted analysis to evaluate payment approval requests, flag anomalies through pattern recognition tools, and determine approval or escalation based on human judgment combined with AI insights.
- • Identify suspicious activity and fraud patterns by learning and applying regulatory requirements as they arise, using AI tools to rapidly surface anomalies and trends while focusing on high-impact judgment calls.
- • Suggest and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce risk, documenting learnings and sharing insights with the operations team to drive systemic enhancements.
- • Balance compliance obligations with user experience by leveraging AI to process large datasets, draft customer communications, and analyze trade-offs at scale to support both security and scalability.
- • Work cross-functionally with product, support, and business teams to make decisions that reduce risk while enabling sustainable growth and improving customer outcomes.
- • Operate with autonomy as the third member of a small operations team, shaping day-to-day compliance workflows and contributing to the evolution of operational standards.
- • Maintain high attention to detail when analyzing complex, messy data sets, identifying underlying patterns, and making accurate, timely decisions under competing priorities.
- • Use AI tools such as LLMs, data analysis platforms, and automation systems to augment productivity, without requiring deep technical expertise but demonstrating comfort in learning and applying new tools.
- • Communicate clearly and collaboratively across teams, explaining complex compliance and risk concepts in simple terms, asking for context when needed, and fostering alignment on operational decisions.
- • Take ownership of outcomes, demonstrate curiosity about how decisions impact users, and actively seek continuous improvement in processes, tools, and risk mitigation strategies.
- • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational skills, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal meetings and maximum documentation.
- • Contribute to a high-trust, low-meeting culture that values autonomy, transparency, and impact over bureaucracy, aligning with Tremendous’s fully remote, high-documentation operational model.

- • At least 2 years in an operational, compliance, or related role
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- • Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to experiment with LLMs, data analysis platforms, or automation systems
