  • • As an Operations Analyst, Enterprise at Cape Privacy, Inc., you will serve as the technical and operational backbone of the enterprise business ecosystem, ensuring seamless delivery of privacy-centric telco solutions to mission-critical clients while bridging engineering and customer success to maintain flawless operational execution in high-stakes environments.
  • • You will assume end-to-end accountability for operational health across the enterprise stream, including technical support, fulfillment logistics, client training, and product QA, translating complex technical requirements into scalable, reliable processes that enable aggressive market expansion.
  • • Day to day, you will serve as the definitive technical authority for Tier 2 escalations, resolving high-complexity post-sales issues through deep troubleshooting and coordination with internal and external engineering teams to ensure rapid resolution and minimal customer impact.
  • • You will lead the end-to-end deployment of hardware and Cape services across the enterprise product portfolio, overseeing fulfillment logistics and client onboarding to guarantee seamless delivery and readiness for mission-critical use.
  • • You will execute rigorous quality assurance for weekly product releases, validating compatibility across device, OS, and network layers to identify and block high-risk deployments, safeguarding product stability and customer trust.
  • • You will codify complex technical processes into comprehensive internal and external playbooks, building a scalable knowledge base that enables consistent, repeatable operations as the enterprise business grows.
  • • You will maintain a "ready-to-field" posture, providing operational agility to lead high-impact projects or pivot resources during critical workflow surges, ensuring resilience and responsiveness across the enterprise lifecycle.
  • • You will collaborate closely with a diverse team of engineers, account managers, and cross-functional stakeholders, translating technical insights into actionable solutions while fostering a culture of ownership, precision, and mission-driven execution.
  • • Cape Privacy, Inc. is a venture-backed privacy and national security-focused telecommunications company founded by Palantir and Anduril alumni, building a cellular network that empowers users—including those in national security—to regain control of their most sensitive data through innovative, privacy-by-design technology.
  • • The company operates with a builder’s mindset, prioritizing impact, ownership, and technical excellence, offering employees outsized responsibility and the trust to solve hard problems in high-pressure, mission-critical environments.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise telecom operations, technical escalation management, and scalable support systems, positioning you as a force multiplier capable of leading and optimizing complex operational workflows in high-growth, mission-driven organizations.
  • • You will gain hands-on experience in product QA, RF and network literacy, and enterprise client engagement, building a rare blend of technical rigor and operational acumen that is highly valued in defense tech, telecommunications, and secure communications sectors.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Command of Technical Communication: Ability to lead high-stakes technical dialogues with clarity, authority, and empathy, translating complex system issues into actionable solutions for enterprise stakeholders.
  • • The "Force Multiplier" Mindset: Exceptional capacity to manage high-volume workflows and navigate competing priorities simultaneously, thriving in "ready-to-field" environments where precision and multitasking are non-negotiable.
  • • Emergent Leadership: A proven track record or distinct aptitude for managing people and optimizing workflows, with a focus on building and leading world-class support teams rather than merely executing tasks.
  • • Operational Pedigree: Prior experience in a fast-paced operations environment, technical support, or mission-critical roles, demonstrating end-to-end ownership of outcomes in high-pressure settings.
  • • Educational & Professional Background: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, or National Service, with strong problem-solving skills developed in service-oriented or high-pressure environments.
  • • Product QA & Technical Rigor (Bonus): Hands-on experience with mobile application testing (iOS/Android), regression testing, and structured bug reporting to ensure product reliability before customer release.
  • • RF & Network Literacy (Bonus): Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) communications, cellular network architecture, or complex technical signal flows, understanding the underlying "plumbing" of wireless systems.
  • • Enterprise Savvy (Bonus): Prior experience navigating the unique requirements of large-scale enterprise clients, including understanding corporate stakeholder language and operational patience required to scale within them.
  • • Mission-Critical Mindset (Bonus): Experience in environments where downtime is not an option, such as high-growth tech startups, mission-driven organizations, or technical service branches.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive geo-adjusted compensation with meaningful equity participation, allowing you to share directly in the value you help create.
  • • 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision premiums for you and your dependents, ensuring comprehensive healthcare access without cost burden.
  • • 401(k) match to support long-term financial security and retirement planning.
  • • 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents, with no waiting period, supporting family-forming needs and work-life integration.
  • • Stipends for family-forming needs and gender-affirming care, reflecting the company’s commitment to inclusive, holistic employee well-being.
  • • Generous vacation policy that is actively encouraged and used, reinforcing a culture that values rest and sustainable performance.
