- • The Operations Analyst role at Baldwin Technology Company Inc. is a cross-functional position that supports internal operations and people teams by ensuring system accuracy, data integrity, and smooth onboarding experiences for colleagues.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and reconciling Ascend identifiers in accounting systems, performing data audits across platforms, creating and managing colleague profiles in insurance and e-signature systems, provisioning user access during onboarding, coordinating offboarding access removal, assisting with onboarding logistics and calendar management, co-facilitating tools training sessions in the Learning Management System (LMS), applying branding guidelines to internal resources, documenting training sessions, maintaining and updating training materials in the LMS, applying branding standards to internal documents, serving as an internal point of contact for platform access questions, documenting SOPs, and identifying workflow improvements.
- • The role sits within the operations team at Baldwin Technology Company Inc., a company focused on delivering technology solutions, and works closely with operations leads and HR to maintain accurate systems, support colleague success, and keep training resources current and polished.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in cross-system data management, gain hands-on experience with HRIS, CRM, and LMS platforms, build skills in process documentation and workflow optimization, grow their ability to lead training sessions independently, and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives that impact the entire organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role
- • Strong attention to detail and data management, especially when working with data across multiple systems
- • Comfortable learning new software platforms quickly and in a fast-paced environment
- • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recurring tasks simultaneously
- • Collaborative, clear, and proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- • A self-starter who takes initiative to identify problems and figure out practical solutions
