• • As the primary point person for Entity Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring our corporate entities maintain "Good Standing" across the United States and Canada, independently managing all necessary reports and state requests.
• • You will play a crucial role in Protecting the Brand by actively monitoring our intellectual property landscape, identifying and pursuing infringements, and taking ownership of drafting and initiating cease-and-desist workflows.
• • Serve as the first line of defense for complex consumer escalations, meticulously investigating root causes, proposing strategic solutions, and spearheading compliance training initiatives to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of our entire workforce.
• • Drive Product and Process Improvements by critically reviewing our product offerings and operational processes for compliance. You will collaborate directly with our Engineering and Product teams to implement systemic enhancements that address user friction and mitigate compliance risks.
• • Lead and execute rigorous Compliance Audits across all operations. Your role will involve proactively monitoring key risk areas to ensure our practices not only meet baseline regulatory standards but also establish new industry benchmarks for excellence.
