• • Key responsibilities will encompass supporting and enhancing clinical operations. This involves actively participating in the development and maintenance of streamlined workflows designed to facilitate the smooth and rapid onboarding of both patients and therapists onto the platform. You will play a crucial role in monitoring onboarding performance, pinpointing operational bottlenecks, and continuously improving the user experience for every new patient.
• • A significant aspect of the role involves tracking and reporting on critical operational metrics. This includes closely monitoring key performance indicators such as patient retention, Net Promoter Score (NPS), clinical outcomes, and billing performance.
