- • Assist in the daily operational workflows supporting global business decisioning data and analytics services at Dun & Bradstreet.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of business data inputs and outputs.
- • Learn and apply internal systems and tools used for data validation, quality control, and workflow automation in a global enterprise environment.
- • Support the coordination of data pipelines between internal departments and external partners to maintain data integrity and compliance standards.
- • Participate in routine audits and documentation processes to ensure adherence to operational protocols and regulatory requirements.
- • Contribute to the identification of inefficiencies in current processes and assist in proposing practical improvements under mentorship.
- • Attend training sessions and workshops designed to build foundational knowledge in business data analytics, risk assessment, and enterprise systems.
- • Work closely with operations supervisors to track key performance indicators related to data throughput, accuracy, and turnaround time.
- • Help maintain organized records of operational activities, including issue logs, resolution timelines, and team handoffs.
- • Gain exposure to global data standards and how they are applied across different regions and regulatory frameworks.
- • Support the onboarding of new data sources and partners by assisting with initial setup, testing, and documentation.
- • Engage in team meetings to provide updates on assigned tasks, escalate blockers, and learn from peer experiences.
- • Develop a strong understanding of Dun & Bradstreet’s core products and how operational excellence directly impacts client outcomes.
- • Follow established security and data privacy protocols when handling sensitive business information.
- • Adapt to evolving operational priorities and assist in shifting tasks based on business needs and project deadlines.
- • Receive structured feedback and coaching from senior operations staff to accelerate professional growth and skill development.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
- • Basic understanding of data handling, spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel), and workflow documentation
- • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in repetitive or high-volume tasks
- • Willingness to learn enterprise software systems and follow strict operational procedures
- • Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English
- • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
