- • Operations Associate role supporting global licensing strategy, regulatory applications, and license maintenance for stablecoin and financial services products at Rain Technologies, Inc.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing, submitting, and managing regulatory applications across multiple jurisdictions while collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Product, and external counsel.
- • Rain Technologies is a hypergrowth fintech company building infrastructure for stablecoins to enable real-world use in card transactions, cross-border payments, B2B purchases, and remittances, backed by top investors including Sapphire Ventures, Norwest, and Lightspeed.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5-10 years of experience in financial services licensing, regulatory compliance, fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets
- • Familiarity with regulatory regimes such as money transmission, e-money, VASP/virtual asset licensing, or similar frameworks
- • Strong project management and organizational skills
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent regulatory workstreams
